The rules of engagement, written plainly enough to actually read.

These terms apply to all services provided by SiteAdda Labs Technologies LLP. Your accepted proposal, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us. Where the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins.
We deliver what the accepted proposal describes. Anything not listed is out of scope. Additional work is quoted separately and only begins after you approve it in writing — an email or WhatsApp message is sufficient.
You provide content, images, approvals and any account access we need, within a reasonable time. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount. You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply.
Two rounds of design revisions are included at the design stage. Further revisions, or changes requested after design approval, are quoted separately.
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the source code, design files, database and content we produced transfers to you, along with all hosting and account credentials. Until final payment, all work remains our property. Third-party components keep their original licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Free support covers bugs and defects in what we built, for the period stated in your proposal (1 to 6 months). It does not cover new features, content changes after handover, or problems caused by third-party changes, your own edits, or hosting outside our control.
Payment gateways, WhatsApp API, courier APIs, AI providers and hosting are operated by third parties. We integrate them carefully but cannot be responsible for their downtime, policy changes, approval decisions or pricing changes.
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Keep your own backups.
Either side may cancel in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; we hand over what has been completed and paid for. See the refund policy for details.
We keep your business information confidential and will sign an NDA on request. The same applies to anything you learn about our systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a dispute by discussion first.
