We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent. We do not use client project data for anything other than delivering that client's work.
Only service providers we need to operate: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, payment gateways, and analytics tools. Each processes data only on our instructions. If a client engagement requires sharing with a third party, we ask first.
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Client records, contracts and invoices are retained for 8 years as required for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete anything not legally required to be kept.
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We use HTTPS across the site, encrypted database credentials, restricted server access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we treat our own.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
