Refund Policy

Before work begins

If you cancel before we start — no design, no code, no third-party purchases — you get a 100% refund of anything paid. No questions, no deduction.

After work begins

Refunds are pro-rated against completed milestones:

• During discovery and design: refund of the advance minus the design work completed, typically 50–70% returned.
• After design approval, during development: refund of any amount paid beyond the development completed to date.
• After go-live: no refund, as the deliverable has been handed over. Defects are covered under the free support period.

Whatever has been completed and paid for is handed over to you — code, designs and files.

Not refundable

• Domain registration, hosting, SSL and third-party licence fees already purchased
• Payment gateway or API onboarding charges paid to the provider
• Monthly maintenance, SEO and hosting fees for a month already served
• Work completed to your written approval

Monthly plans

Maintenance, SEO and hosting plans can be cancelled with 15 days' notice. The current month is not refunded; billing simply stops from the next cycle.

If we cancel

If we cannot complete a project for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund of anything paid for incomplete work, plus everything completed so far handed over free of charge.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your project name and reason. We respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Before you ask for a refund

Talk to us first on +91 73100 00012. Most refund requests come from a misunderstanding about scope or a delay we can explain and fix. We would much rather solve it than lose you.
